-A warning to India. Cambodia remains occupied by Vietnam supported by India since 1979-2007 against 10 Un resolutions.

(1)VIETNAM HAS ARRANGED ALL THIS FOR HER NATIONAL INTERESTS AGAINST THE UN CHARTER.

THE FACTS:
a. PETROLIMEX Industry: Petrolimex Ranked Top Vietnam Petroleum Provider May 2006. Vietnam Targets at $7.4Bln from Crude Oil Export in 2006 2 May 2006 . PETROLIMEX Top Vietnam Petroleum Provider in Vietnam.

(1)THE CLAN SOK KONG/HUN SEN/BUN RANY/SOK AN /HOK LUNDY is becoming a powerful forces through their children marriage.

THE OPIUM CONNECTIONS.
LE FIGARO reports :"A COUNTRY ROTTEN BY GENERALIZED CORRUPTION" By François Hauter (from Phnom Penh).

And Heng Pov's affairs have exposed this
-Hun Sen family and Chinese / Vietnamese firms/ EARN Illicit incomes(casinos, drug, prostitution, and traffic of rare woods) are sponsored by
-powerful ministers.
-around Mrs. Bun Rany , the wife of the Prime Minister Hun Sen
-Sok An, "Minister of the Council of Ministers" who protects Sino-Khmer businessmen.
-Hok Lundy – the police chief who publicly boasts about earning $350,000 per month
-a mafia family is being organized.

This clan, well connected through marriages of their children, controls a swarm of oil and land companies :(Sokimex, Tela, Pheapimex, Vanvimex, Whuzistan, Canadia Bank, etc ...) which exploit the economy of the country as their own private concessions. Together with the collusion of other Ministers and Generals, they are now selling state properties (hospital, jails, army barracks, the Polytechnic School in Phnom Penh, 300,000 hectares of wooded lands, etc ...) to their accomplice-developers. This monopolization of the economy by a small number of people (using the army to chase away farmers from the lands they are interested in,therefore exploding the number of farmers without land) pushes the World Bank to decrease this year its loans to Cambodia by 25%, Germany also cuts theirs down by 30%, while the United States, Australia and Great Britain control theirs very strictly.

TO INDIA , CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM SUPPORTED BY INDIA AGAINST
THE UN CHARTER
(1) Cambodia needs genuine honest Khmer leaders to run the country, totally INDEPENDENT FROM VIETNAM Victim of Vietnam invasion & occupation of Cambodia 1978-2007
============================================
(1)VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA :
Nearly 30 years, under Vietnam rule of Cambodia, Cambodian youth are denied minimum of education and jobs that result in suicide, robbery,CRIMES ACROSS CAMBODIA EVERYDAY , due to hunger, injustice, and unemployement.

10 UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES ,CALL VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY ARE NOT RESPECTED.

SUCH AS THESE :
Nov. 14, 1979 The UN General Assembly adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is 91-21 with 29 abstentions. Nov. 5, 1985 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote of 114-21 with 16 abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces from Cambodia. America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."

As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since 1988.
Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders.
