pong`thea jien dak mreah

From left to right in circle:
Cherry tomatoes, boiled spinach, sliced pear, grilled cod and pickled cucumber. On the plate is pong`thea jien dak mreah, an omelette with bitter melon(mress),green onion, boiled spinach, salt,sugar,chicken bouillion powder and ground black pepper. All served with rice. *point*stir fry the bitter melon first, then pour the beaten mixed egg onto the cooked bitter melon. Cook them together and stir it as many times so that the egg won't get too hard and big chunk.
