Irresponsible leaders

When there's conflict between leaders,
why are we their victims? Why do they kill us, the innocents.
Why don't they negotiate and deal with their issue? Problem should be dealt in professional manner. Using violence is coward. The coward who don't think.Those cowards are uneducated, greedy and heartless.
